Atmen, a RegTech startup, seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Madrid to shape our SaaS platform. You will develop, test, and deploy scalable software, owning features end-to-end and mentoring teammates. Join a fast-moving team focused on automation, compliance, and sustainable tech.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-stack roles, strong English communication, and a Master’s degree or equivalent in CS or Engineering.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Strong software engineering principles: clean code, modularity, testing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack software solutions with high quality.
• Drive development from ideation to production with cross-functional teams.
• Lead by example and write clean, maintainable code.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to monitoring.
• Mentor teammates and foster continuous learning.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.
