IFS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Industrial Sustainability Reporting Platform. The role focuses on building scalable, AI-native features across frontend and backend, with strong emphasis on modular, API-first design and cloud-native deployment.

Hybrid work options are available within a globally distributed team. The candidate will own technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, AI, and platform teams to deliver impactful sustainability

Formación

• Experience as a full stack engineer with leadership capabilities.
• Strong front-end with React or similar frameworks.
• Back-end experience including GoLang or equivalent.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Solid DevOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, incident response.
• Focus on secure, observable, production-grade software.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and UIs.
• Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end (carbon accounting, ESG data).
• Evolve platform to modular, event-driven components.
• Ensure reliability with telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Promote CI/CD, deployment automation, and observability.
