Launchmetrics is seeking a Software Development Engineer to shape Discover, the part of our software suite for monitoring brands, analyzing performance and benchmarking across media, influencers and more. You will contribute to AI-led features and analytics, driving high-performance front-end and data-driven experiences.

Based in Spain or nearby, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to influence product strategy, architecture, and the code health of a modern SaaS platform

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant full-stack SaaS experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to building new features from architecture to marketable product.
• Refactor and improve existing features to modernize tech stack and reduce complexity.
• Act as a frontend expert with React and Redux guidance.
• Architect efficient database schemas for new implementations or improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into reliable features.
• Advocate for code quality with unit tests and industry best practices.
• Drive AI-led improvements across the tech stack, documentation, and tooling.
• Ensure code health and maintainability through continuous improvement.
