Formación

• Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo full-stack con Node.js, Python, React y TypeScript.
• Conocimientos sólidos de bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL, así como de APIs RESTful y GraphQL.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas complejas de full-stack y optimizar el rendimiento.
• Coordinar esfuerzos con otros líderes técnicos y gestionar proyectos críticos.

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (React/Python).

Our partner, a Growth & Marketing startup that focuses on a highly scalable niche. The product is a Growth and Marketing-oriented SaaS with a set of automations created using software + AI for businesses. With exponential growth, it has attracted many customers and is expanding into the international market.

The role:

• Design and lead the implementation of complex full-stack architectures
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Take technical ownership of critical projects and coordinate efforts with other technical leaders.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (design, product, QA, DevOps) to ensure business and technical objectives are met.
• Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Must haves:

• Proven experience in full-stack development using Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience designing, consuming, and maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership of technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding technical discussions and mentoring others.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups) and adapt to rapid growth.
• Passion for innovation and willingness to explore new technologies.
