About your opportunity...

We are looking for a Senior Compleat Developer position to join our team on a freelance contract. In this role, the Senior Compleat Developer will be responsible for development, maintenance, and support of code inside Compleat including the various connections to external data stores. This individual must maintain effective customer (Internal) relationships, as well as effective communication and coordination with various other technology groups.

The developer is expected to analyze, design, code, test, and implement large projects and small fixes, and troubleshoot any issues impacting Compleat. Scope analysis will be outside of Compleat, assisted by others, when other systems impact Compleat itself.

Key Responsibilities and Duties...

1. 20% management of tasks and requirements, 80% analysis and code.
2. Meeting with internal customers to document business and process requirements.
3. Design, code, test, implement, and support production systems.
4. Responsible for adherence to standards, policies, and development guidelines.
5. Requirements, technical design, development, implementation, and support.
6. Responsible for independently handling resolution and communications related to tasks assigned.
7. Occasional off-hours availability for support, problem determination, and resolution of production systems may be required.

Skills / Qualifications...

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

1. 4+ years Compleat programming experience and demonstrated competence required.
2. Travel Industry Experience required.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
4. Good experience in web development using Web Services (SOAP / REST) a strong plus.
5. Experience with SQL Server or similar database technologies required.
6. Amadeus GDS experience required.
7. Excellent demonstrated interpersonal communication skills.
8. Detail oriented and able to break down complex scenarios with organization.
