A leading company in the tech and logistics sector is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align business needs with people strategy in a dynamic environment. The role involves guiding organizational change, building strong relationships with leaders, and implementing effective HR practices to support business transformation. Ideal candidates will have over seven years of experience in a global organization, a strong consulting approach, and excellent communication skills.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, who’ll report to the HR Director-Markets, you are responsible for connecting business priorities to people strategy and deliverables while supporting organization change and ensuring successful adoption in a fast growing environment. You will develop and implement strong, consistent people management practices across Markets within the respective population.
