Job Description:

At Factorial, we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails to join our Back Office Team within the Platform Domain. We have a team of over 150 full-stack developers and seek curious, proactive individuals with good soft and communication skills.

The role involves working with our stack in Ruby on Rails and React, so previous experience with Ruby is essential. You will be part of a multicultural, English-speaking environment, working remotely, in our Barcelona offices, or a mix of both. The team manages our internal BackOffice, a key product used across the company for core operations.
