We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s a product-minded, problem solver at heart, excited to build the next generation of creative intelligence tools.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build from the ground up: someone strategic, fast-moving, and deeply committed to quality. You’ll be instrumental in scaling our product from MVP to a platform that delivers real results for global brands.

This role is broad: you’ll own critical systems end-to-end, collaborating closely with data and product teams to turn creative ideas into production software. It’s fully remote, open to candidates worldwide.

What You'll Do

Platform & Backend Engineering :

• Improve and scale our Ad Scoring API based on client use cases
• Design & Build scalable data systems and pipelines for creative and performance signals
• Build for scale: robust, scalable systems with monitoring, alerting, and failure handling

AI / LLM Pipeline

• Refine LLM pipelines (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) for performance and reliability
• Collaborate on creative uses of AI across the stack, from scoring to benchmarks

Technical Enablement & Collaboration

• Support technical onboarding for early API clients and gather feedback for product development
• Collaborate across teams to clarify and action technical work
• Bring curiosity and empathy to translating technical concepts for non-technical teammates

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably in fast-paced, high ambiguity environments
• Deep Python expertise and production experience with GCP or other major cloud providers
• Familiarity with LLMs or data-intensive systems at scale; data engineering experience is a plus
• Ability to ship scalable, reliable, production-grade systems
• Clear, concise, and warm communication skills
• Empathetic collaborator, thriving on feedback, iteration, and shared success
