rindus is seeking a Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform from our Málaga office. You will drive Kubernetes and AWS-based initiatives, build self-service tooling, and mentor teams to boost developer productivity.

You will work with Terraform and Backstage, helping shape standards across multiple squads and scale platform capabilities while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and collaboration.

Formación

• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience building and operating on AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or similar.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for improving developer experience.
• Internal Developer Platform experience.
• Backstage or similar developer portal experience.
• Platform engineering experience in a multi-team organization.
• Experience with engineering productivity initiatives and DORA metrics.
• Experience building self-service platforms at scale.

On behalf of our partner StiboDX, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. Stibo DXS is a market leader In digital asset management, content creation, and publishing platforms for the media industry.

Every day, more than 800 media brands across five continents rely on Stibo DXS platforms to create and publish content. Their systems ensure efficient and consistent publishing of more than 600 websites and thousands of daily print publications worldwide. You will work in a distributed new team from our office in Málaga.

What you'll be doing

Own the Internal Developer Platform

What you'll bring

Strong software engineering background

• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
