Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to automate an internal client's manual process for lease extraction using a Large Language Model (LLM). The goal is to extract and summarize lease clauses, reducing the labor-intensive process and potentially eliminating the need for third-party paralegals.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain web applications using Python, with a focus on integrating AI / LLM.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
3. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software is current and competitive.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
7. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

Requirements :

1. 4-5 years of experience in software development using Python.
2. Hands-on experience with any Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS, GCP).
3. Strong knowledge of web services, API development, and RESTful APIs.
4. Strong knowledge of relational databases (MS-SQL or PostgreSQL or MySQL).
5. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, FastAPI, Celery, SpaCy, etc.
10. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have :

1. Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation (Databricks, Spark).
2. Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
3. Familiarity with vector databases.
4. Understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and AI / LLM.
5. Experience working with other AI and NLP technologies, such as OpenAI's GPT family, Azure OpenAI, PyTorch or related.
6. Experience in building and deploying solutions using AI / LLM, including RAG.
7. Experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
