This role involves designing and optimizing data-driven solutions and supporting the Global Data Platform initiative. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of software development experience and strong skills in Angular, Python, and .NET Core, with a focus on cloud technologies and collaborative work in agile teams.

The IM Digitalization Tools department acts as an internal IT service provider for the TecAlliance Data Factory. We are a diverse, global team of over 40 members in Europe and Vietnam. Our mission is to support data capture and standardization by providing IT solutions, optimizing processes, and reducing manual efforts. We work in agile teams to create value and improve continuously. As a Senior Software Developer, you will design, build, and optimize our data-driven solutions.

This role is part of the Global Data Platform initiative, a modern, cloud-based, modular data management ecosystem for global data handling.

Your Tasks :

• Own software development practices : Maintain and evolve development guidelines aligned with business needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate & guide : Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, act as a tech lead, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Conduct engineering tasks : Analyze requirements, translate into code, and ensure quality through tests, documentation, and reviews.
• Troubleshoot & optimize : Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

Your Profile :

• 5+ years of software development experience; degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in database design, data modeling, and security.
• Strong skills in Angular, Python, and .NET Core.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS services like ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, DynamoDB) and modern web architecture.
• Good prompt engineering skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Creative problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
