We are hiring! - Sales Support & reservation vacancy at TAL Aviation Spain & Portugal.

TAL Aviation Group, with more than 35 years of history and over 30 offices worldwide, is looking for a new team member to join the TAL Aviation Spain & Portugal family.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist the sales team in handling corporate and travel agency accounts.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, pricing, revenue management) to ensure sales strategies are aligned.
  • Manage group quotations in a timely fashion.
  • Provide sales support for commercial activities (special fares, ticketing authority, etc.).
  • Conduct weekly fare comparisons in the market.
  • Review and verify RM fares & changes in the GDS.
  • Distribute newsletters in coordination with the Country Manager.
  • Handle flight FIT & group reservations and ticket issuance for individual and corporate clients.
  • Modify, cancel, or rebook flights as per customer requests.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and ticketing regulations.
  • Support travel agents and customers with booking-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitor and manage group reservations and special requests.
Key Requirements :
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: High to medium level of English.
  • Experience: Prior experience in airline sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in airline reservation systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Other Requirements: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Must be honest and able to provide references.
