Symrise AG is seeking an experienced seasoning developer to lead end-to-end development for a key snack customer. You will own concept creation through industrial production support, ensuring strong technical performance and high customer satisfaction.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct customer interaction to deliver projects on time and in line with regulatory constraints.

Formación

• Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in seasoning, savory or flavor development.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong collaboration and scale-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of seasoning solutions tailored to customer portfolios.
• Create, optimize, and adapt formulations based on targets and regulatory needs.
• Ensure application performance in finished products (taste, stability, process).
• Evaluate formulations through lab work, pilot trials, and industrial validation.
• Support scale-up and production trials, internally and at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as technical contact for the customer on projects and innovations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Sales and Supply Chain.
• Deliver projects on time and fully documented, aligned with processes.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental standards compliance.
