We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants with native or business-fluent German language skills to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation and support, with a focus on ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
