Job summary

Amadeus IT Group seeks a Service Design Principal Specialist to shape coherent end-to-end service experiences across Outpayce and Amadeus. You will merge user needs, business strategy, technology and operations to create usable, scalable and commercially sound solutions.

You will influence cross-functional teams, connect overall service experiences with digital product design and validation. Expect leadership in strategy, research, and governance across complex fintech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Significant service or experience design leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on UX design and/or user research experience, from insight to validated digital experience.
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Proven influence across Product, Technology, Operations and Business teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape service design strategy and vision for key value streams across Outpayce and Amadeus.
• Design end-to-end services using systems thinking, journey models and service blueprints; translate concepts into user flows and prototypes.
• Partner with UX Research and Data to plan and synthesize evidence, turning it into opportunities and validated concepts.
• Frame decisions with value, dependencies and trade-offs; define KPIs and roadmap impact.
• Advocate for service-led thinking, facilitate workshops, and coach teams to mature design practices.
