Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Service Design Principal Specialist to shape end-to-end service experiences across Outpayce and Amadeus. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on design, working with product, engineering, risk and operations to ensure scalable, commercially sound solutions.

You will translate business goals into service concepts, validate through research and prototypes, and drive adoption of design standards while coaching teams toward maturity.

Qualifications

• Significant service or experience design leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on UX design and/or user research experience, from insight to validated digital experience.
• Experience in fintech, payments or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end service experiences across Outpayce and Amadeus.
• Lead across user needs, business strategy, technology and operations.
• Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams with design rationale.
• Create and validate concepts via prototypes, flows and interactions.
• Advocate service-led thinking and coach teams toward mature design practices.
