NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate IT service delivery in a multi‑vendor environment across international teams. You will lead governance, drive improvements, and ensure measurable outcomes for healthcare-related services.

Formación

• Experience in IT service management roles in complex, multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong ability to interpret metrics and turn data into actions.
• Proficient with ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and tools, AI-assisted coding environments, Claude Code is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders in a multi‑vendor model.
• Facilitate service management ceremonies and regular service reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and service quality.
• Manage risks, incidents, dependencies and escalations at the appropriate level.
• Produce executive reporting on performance, risks and improvements.

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate IT service delivery in an international, multi-vendor environment. You will play a key role in bringing together technical teams, business stakeholders, service providers and operational leaders, ensuring that priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

Your mission

Lead service governance, provide clear visibility into operational performance and drive improvements that strengthen the stability, efficiency and evolution of IT service delivery.

What you will do

• Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor model.
• Prepare, facilitate and moderate service management ceremonies, including daily sessions, weekly meetings and regular service reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality, demand progress and key operational indicators.
• Manage risks, incidents, dependencies and escalations, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the appropriate decision-making level.
• Drive service governance and support the operational leadership function.
• Coordinate supplier management processes, service requests and collaboration with PMO, controlling and administrative teams when needed.
• Produce clear, actionable executive reporting on performance, progress, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects, such as the evolution of identity and access management processes for external resources.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Service Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service management role.
• Solid experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments with distributed teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL / ITSM.
• Ability to interpret operational metrics, identify deviations and turn data into decisions and action plans.
• Experience managing relationships with technical, operational and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong communication, prioritisation and judgement when handling escalations.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies and tools, integrating AI capabilities into development workflows or applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding environments and developer productivity tools.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants will be highly valued.

It will be a plus if you have experience in

• Technology projects in healthcare, insurance or other regulated sectors.
• Nearshore delivery models or international teams.
• Global technology supplier management.
• Operational optimisation, automation or process transformation initiatives.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.
