We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead efforts in landing page optimization, technical health, and link-building initiatives. This role combines on-site strategy with cross-functional execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaboration, and making a tangible impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and content teams to drive growth and mentor emerging SEO talent.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Identify opportunities to improve product and landing pages through content optimization, CRO, keyword strategies, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Launch new landing pages to enhance product discoverability and optimize internal linking to improve search rankings.
• Lead technical SEO efforts, including site audits, Core Web Vitals enhancements, and crawl budget management.
• Support and manage both internal and external link-building initiatives, including media outreach and collaboration with agencies.
• Monitor website traffic, keyword performance, and technical metrics, responding swiftly to fluctuations or issues.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and work with engineering, design, product, and analytics teams to execute SEO strategies effectively.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in a product- or tool-focused environment.
• Strong expertise in on-site SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and performance monitoring platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance audits, research, and daily SEO tasks.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including product and engineering.

Good To Have

• Mentorship or leadership experience within an SEO team.
• Knowledge of programmatic SEO or scalable page optimization approaches.
• Understanding of performance metrics like Core Web Vitals and their business implications.
• Experience with SEO strategies for international or multilingual websites.
