Job Responsibilities:

A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs. They help identify opportunities for further improvement in efficiency or quality of the work delivered.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following list outlines the key accountabilities of a Mid SEO Squad member:

• Support lead members in delivering SEO tasks and communicating with clients
• Mentor and train junior team members to upskill
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or quality
• Build internal relationships and communicate technical topics effectively
• Support strategy development for larger clients and lead for smaller ones
• Analyze data proactively and ensure quality of junior members' output
• Define optimization strategies for clients
• Manage daily SEO activities aligned with client goals
• Build trust with clients through performance management and strategic advice
• Promote best practices in SEO processes
• Handle complex tasks, including technical and analytics deliverables
• Present technical recommendations and opportunities
• Manage projects from sales to delivery
• Contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating value
• Explain SEO best practices clearly
• Lead client meetings regarding daily delivery
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and project management skills

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years supporting SEO tasks and delivery
• Ability to utilize tools and processes to enhance services
• Proven impact on insights and delivery
