The individual will be an active part of the SEM team, focused on developing strategies to optimize our projects’ visibility and increase website accessibility.

Main Tasks

• Implement PPC strategy and tactics (Google, Bing, and others)
• Optimize and test PPC campaigns on multi-language accounts
• Conduct keyword research and analyze search queries
• Create and test ads
• Improve quality scores and optimize landing pages
• Develop seasonal/promotional offers
• Generate text ads, keywords, and bids
• Stay updated with paid search best practices and industry tools
• Create creative briefings and cooperate with design teams
• Define and implement retargeting/remarketing strategies
• Manage and optimize remarketing campaigns
• Report and analyze performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, KPI, CTR)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in online advertising (Google, Bing)
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, e-business, or Economics (a plus)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and synthesize large data sets
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Online spirit, organized, self-motivated, proactive
