  • Contract: Permanent full-time (36 h/week)

What your impact will be :

The Senior SEM Manager will oversee the day-to-day SEM processes and performance metrics for multiple markets and account managers. She/he will liaise with various teams within the company and will take full ownership of strategy and coordination for a key product, leading a variety of SEM projects.

  • Develop customer acquisition strategies across different products for the SEM channel.
  • Monitor sales profitability and target tracking daily.
  • Deliver performance reports and insights, promoting new ideas and methods.
  • Lead interactions with product owners and coordinate internally to develop effective SEM strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities by testing hypotheses and scaling successful tests to increase performance marketing traffic.
  • Proactively monitor competitive metrics (market share, competition).
  • Build and deploy an effective app and mobile strategy for the business.
  • Develop solutions and automation processes for operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Deliver annual forecasts and target estimations.

Qualifications: Your expertise :

  • Proven performance marketing experience of 5+ years, preferably with a focus on SEM.
  • Advanced Excel skills for interpreting and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, data-oriented.
  • Dynamic, with a data-driven approach; able to leverage data to influence marketing decisions.
  • Experience managing large budgets for paid search campaigns.
  • Good understanding of automated bidding (Google Ads, SearchAds360, etc.).
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments to enhance paid search campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL, BigQuery.
  • Understanding of A/B testing tools.
  • Experience with DSP and DMP/CDP solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of App Campaigns channels is a plus.
  • Secondary languages such as German, French, or Italian are a plus.

Selection process steps :

  • HR interview (10-30 minutes).
  • First interview with the manager (covering soft skills and technical knowledge). May include an offline test.
  • Second interview involving a presentation of a test with the manager and colleagues.
  • Third interview with the director.
