Identity and Security Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud Security Engineering (ODS)

Mission and Responsibilities:

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NIST and CIS Security. The ideal candidate should be experienced with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and understand security challenges across infrastructure, networking, and application layers.

Main Tasks:

1. Operate the AWS platform and its infrastructure, providing expertise in security domains (WAF, Firewalls, Hardening of Instances & Containers, Identity Management, HSM, etc.).
2. Support audit activities, ensuring readiness, providing information, and addressing audit observations for internal and external audits.
3. Identify and mitigate risks and technical issues proactively.
4. Manage certificates, implement hardening procedures, and oversee vulnerability and patch management.
5. Collaborate actively with internal teams.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

1. Cloud and DevOps methodologies.
2. Automation tools and programming languages (e.g., CloudFormation, Ansible, Shell scripting, Python).
3. Security appliances operation and maintenance.
4. Knowledge of SSO solutions and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
5. Organized, disciplined work approach to meet deadlines while ensuring quality.
6. Ability to work independently with stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
