Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Security/DevOps/IT Specialist (Game Development) based in Spain to take ownership of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation in a collaborative, international environment. You will safeguard client assets, IP, and internal systems while ensuring reliable and secure operations across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes shaping security standards, optimizing cloud and endpoint environments, and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, security operations, DevOps, or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of information security principles, IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment, and secure infrastructure practices.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, or equivalent enterprise identity and device management environments.
Experience managing Windows-based workstations and supporting distributed or remote teams.
Practical knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, backup systems, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures.
Experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting technologies to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, secure system administration, infrastructure monitoring, and reliable operational practices.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, investigate complex issues, and implement practical, dependable solutions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and maintain accurate documentation.
Professional fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain, administer, and continuously improve IT infrastructure, including workstations, networks, cloud services, and remote collaboration environments.
Manage user identities, access permissions, device policies, and endpoint security across the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and procedures to protect assets and data.
Implement and maintain access controls, infrastructure monitoring, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.
Streamline IT operations through scripting, automation, and infrastructure management practices.
Monitor infrastructure health, investigate incidents, and improve system availability and efficiency.
Maintain clear technical documentation and establish consistent operational procedures.
