Senior Search Engine Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Search Engine Marketing Manager to join our high-performing performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling non-eCommerce, subscription-based apps through performance-first search strategy.

As a Senior Search Engine Marketing Manager, you'll be part of our performance team, responsible for driving paid search growth for subscription-based mobile apps. You'll have a strong understanding of cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute performance-first search strategies to drive growth for subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Manage and optimize global campaigns across Tier 1 markets, with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign data to inform future optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of driving paid search growth for subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization.
  • Experience running campaigns in languages other than English, preferably with fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
  • Experience with global campaigns across Tier 1 markets and comfort with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and SQL.
  • Bonus : Experience with landing page optimization / CRO.
