Job Description

As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, leveraging metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies, report progress to senior management, and ensure punctuality and quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a Jira backlog aligned with Product Owners' specifications.
• Managing dependency tracking (internal and third-party).
• Unblocking issues as they arise.
• Generating metrics.
• Organizing sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintaining product governance and informing stakeholders of status, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinating requirement collection and product implementation.
• Collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in transactional banking.

Skills and Knowledge:

• English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
• Agile methodologies
• Transactional banking
• SWIFT messaging, ISO20022
• Basic programming knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
