Colliers Madrid is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the Global Technology Hub. You will drive a metric-driven Agile rollout across Software Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams, shaping delivery culture while remaining hands-on in day-to-day ceremonies.

You will collaborate with Governance, Enablement and Product teams to remove blockers, improve velocity and ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes for internal and external customers.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of Scrum Master experience in software/devops environments.

Responsabilidades

• Roll out Agile framework across teams and regions with standardised practices.
• Collaborate with Governance and Enablement; measure adoption with metrics.
• Lead daily delivery and ceremony facilitation for Scrum/Kanban across squads.
• Mentor engineers; foster a positive and high-performance engineering culture.
• Ensure backlog clarity with Product Management and Engineering leadership.
