Exclusive Networks is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Global IT team in Spain. You will coach teams through agile transformation, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Collaborating with PMO, Product Owners, and stakeholders across regions, you will foster transparency, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional teamwork while embracing ERP-driven development practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading agile transformations.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and development processes is advantageous.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions.
• Some international work experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile transformation and coach ERP development teams on Scrum roles and ceremonies.
• Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in adopting agile practices and removing impediments.
• Track sprint progress and monitor velocity, burndown, and backlog health.
• Foster collaboration with PMO, Product Owners, and stakeholders across regions.
