If you're passionate about agile practices, driving continuous improvement, and helping tech teams thrive, this role is for you.Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies :

sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.Coach and support a product team focused on Data Integration and Master Data Management, helping them self-organize and deliver value consistently.Monitor KPIs and team metrics (velocity, burnup, burndown), ensuring continuous improvement in execution and delivery quality.Contribute to fostering a culture of agility across the organization and share practices through a Scrum Master Community of Practice .Ensure alignment with SAFe methodology and support inter-team coordination within global Technology & Information (T&I) teams.3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or similar).Certified Scrum Master – Scrum and Agile certifications required (SAFe certification is a strong plus).Experience with Azure DevOps and outsourced (nearshore) development teams is a plus.Familiarity with ITIL and Data Management practices is an advantage.Fluent in English (French is a plus or good understanding required).We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and skills, with remote work options.Full-time assignment with an international humanitarian organization, committed to meaningful global impact.Access to certified training programs to help you develop your expertise and grow your career.Flexible compensation options with tax-efficient benefits for meals and public transport.If you're a certified Scrum Master with experience in data-related domains and you're looking to join a purpose-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you.
