Plexus Tech is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support our Scrum teams and assist the Product Owner in delivering excellent products for a global client. Candidates must have extensive experience in project management and Scrum methodologies, alongside fluency in Spanish and English. Formación

• Over 5 years project management experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ developers for over 3 years.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for a : SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

• Mandatory to speak Spanish and English

We seek a Senior Scrum Master to support our Scrum Teams, assist the Product Owner, and help our organization build excellent products and services for a global insurance sector client.

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

• Higher education in engineering, science, economics, or marketing
• Over 5 years of dedicated project management experience as a Scrum Master, especially with Atlassian tools like Jira
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, leading teams of more than 10 developers, and measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, and sprint retrospectives

Technologies :

Desirable (highly valued) :

• Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and programming languages to connect with Jira tasks and understand the work ecosystem

Languages :

• Fluent Spanish
• German (highly valued but not mandatory)
