Formación

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, primarily using Jira.
• Managed multidisciplinary teams of over 10 developers for at least 3 years.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and manage project metrics like burndown and velocity.

We are looking for a: SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

• Mandatory to speak Spanish and English
• We seek a Senior Scrum Master to support the Scrum Team, assist the Product Owner, and help the organization build great products and services for a global insurance sector company.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Higher education in engineering, science, economics, or marketing
• Over 5 years of dedicated project management experience as a Scrum Master, especially with Atlassian tools like Jira
• Managed multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, with teams of more than 10 developers, measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies

Desirable (High Valued)

• Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and programming languages to connect with Jira tasks and understand the work ecosystem

Languages

• Fluent Spanish
• Fluent English
• German (highly valued but not mandatory)
