We are looking for a: SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

• Mandatory to speak Spanish and English
• We seek a Senior Scrum Master to assist the Scrum Team, support the Product Owner, and help the organization build great products and services for a global insurance sector company.
• Mandatory Skills and Experience:
• Higher education in engineering, science, economics, or marketing
• Over 5 years of dedicated project management experience as a Scrum Master, especially using Atlassian tools like Jira
• Managed multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, leading teams of more than 10 developers, measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, and sprint retrospectives
• Technologies: Jira, Trello, Slack, MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Miro, MS Office
• Desirable (highly valued): Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and programming languages to connect with Jira tasks and understand the work ecosystem
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; German is highly valued but not mandatory
