Formación

• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet en tant que Scrum Master.
• Expérience de gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires pendant au moins 3 ans.
• Connaissances de langues : Espagnol et Anglais courants, Allemand valorisé.

Responsabilidades

• Assister l'équipe Scrum et soutenir le Product Owner.
• Mesurer les métriques comme burndown, vélocité et gestion du backlog.
• Gérer des équipes de plus de 10 développeurs.

We are looking for a : SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

• Mandatory to speak Spanish and English

We seek a Senior Scrum Master to assist the Scrum Team, support the Product Owner, and help the organization build excellent products and services for a global insurance sector company.

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

• Higher education in engineering, science, economics, or marketing
• Over 5 years of dedicated project management experience as a Scrum Master, especially with Atlassian tools like Jira
• Managed multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, leading teams of more than 10 developers, and measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, and sprint closures through retrospectives and ceremonies

Desirable (Highly Valued) :

• Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and programming languages to connect with Jira tasks and understand the work ecosystem

Languages : Fluent Spanish, Fluent English, German (highly valued but not mandatory)
