Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) is hiring a Senior Scientist to advance GenAI-enabled workflow, applications and plug-ins development. The role focuses on building reusable, enterprise-grade document-authoring capabilities across R&D, regulatory, and scientific content workflows, in Madrid or Barcelona with hybrid work.

You will lead technical strategy, collaborate with Data teams, and drive the evolution toward scalable, integrated solutions within the Agentic Platform framework.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in AI/ML, CS, Engineering, Bioinformatics or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI experience.
• Strong Python and DL framework experience (PyTorch, TF).

Responsabilidades

• Lead GenAI-enabled document-authoring workflows.
• Define reusable authoring capabilities across document classes.
• Develop roadmap across document classes and R&D functions.
• Establish QA, grounding, retrieval, drafting, citation patterns.
• Collaborate with Data teams for data connectivity.
• Ensure regulatory-readiness of content and workflows.
• Integrate modular services and vendor capabilities.
• Guide engineers and SMEs toward scalable enterprise capability.
