Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Senior Engineer -- GenAI Quality Assurance. Based in Madrid or Barcelona with hybrid work, you will validate, stress-test and improve GenAI powered products across the lifecycle, from pre-deployment validation to post-release monitoring.

You will design automated and manual QA strategies, build regression tests, evaluate pipelines for accuracy, grounding, and safety, and collaborate with data scientists to embed testing throughout the product

Formación

• Strong software engineering background with QA ownership.
• 3+ years as software engineer or 1+ year in GenAI QA.
• Advanced Python skills and use of LLM APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of API testing, data validation, and pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement QA strategies for GenAI systems.
• Build regression tests, synthetic data, and evaluation pipelines.
• Validate prompt logic, model behavior and metrics.
• Execute tests, debug pipelines, and support deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers on quality checkpoints.
