Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Madrid/Barcelona (Spain) offers a hybrid Senior Scientist role in GenAI-enabled document-authoring workflows. You will lead the evolution of reusable content-authoring capabilities across R&D and regulatory contexts, shaping enterprise-grade processes rather than single-use tools.

Formación

• Master's degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field with 2+ years of hands-on GenAI experience.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, DSPy, memO, or similar architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, including chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and reranking.
• Knowledge of uncertainty quantification, probabilistic modelling, or information theory.
• Experience implementing structured generation, schema enforcement, and model/tool orchestration for complex workflows.
• Positive, motivated, collaborative approach with ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical strategy and implementation of GenAI-enabled document-authoring workflows.
• Translate document workflows into reusable authoring capabilities and separate enterprise logic from specific cases.
• Develop roadmap and requirements across document classes and R&D functions.
• Establish patterns for evidence retrieval, grounding, drafting, citation, and content review.
• Partner with Data teams to define source-data requirements and enterprise connectivity.
• Collaborate with Evaluation & Quality to ensure content quality, faithfulness, traceability and regulatory-readiness.
• Integrate QC/content-review capabilities into authoring workflows.
• Assess external vendor modular services vs. end-to-end architectures.
• Work with Foundation Platform Team on reusable plugin and platform needs.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, contractors, SMEs, and Data Science partners.
• Drive prototypes toward scalable enterprise capability.
