EY GDS Spain in Málaga is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to lead global Time Off and Time Tracking initiatives. You will design, configure and deploy SAP SF solutions, working hybrid from Málaga and collaborating with international teams.

You will run workshops, ensure scalable, compliant time solutions, and support the go-live with hypercare. Fluent English required; a strong background in multi-country SAP SF implementations is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking per client standards.
• Lead workshops, translate processes into solution designs and configure time types and calendars.
• Configure Time Tracking with profiles, clock times, approvals, and payroll touchpoints.
• Execute testing, support UAT, data reconciliation and production rollout.
• Produce documentation and deliver knowledge transfer with hypercare support.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, Integration, Security and Data teams across borders.

The opportunity

Join a fast-growing HR Technology team delivering global SAP SuccessFactors Time Management programs from our EY GDS Spain hub in Málaga. You'll be a senior, hands-on specialist shaping scalable and compliant time solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking. You'll collaborate across countries and domains, work hybrid from Málaga, and see your work go live at scale.

You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions aligned with client requirements and global standards.
• Run requirement workshops, translate business processes into solution designs and configure time types, time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals, absence workflows and related business rules.
• Configure Time Tracking capabilities, including time recording profiles, clock time and duration-based recording, approvals, valuations, overtime and integration touchpoints with payroll and Employee Central.
• Execute unit, component and SIT testing; support UAT, data reconciliation, performance testing, cutover and production deployment activities.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts and deployment guides; deliver knowledge transfer and provide hypercare support after go-live.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, Integration, Security and Data teams across international and multi-vendor environments.

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management configuration skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Clear communicator who can lead workshops and partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in Agile and international teams.
• Quality-first mindset with ownership across design, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking in complex, multi-country environments.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, covering design, configuration, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Demonstrated expertise in time types, accruals, work schedules, holiday calendars, business rules, workflows, time recording profiles, valuations and payroll integration considerations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field/years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects.

Ideally, you'll also have

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification or relevant implementation accreditation.
• Experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll or third-party payroll integrations, as well as global and multi-country time management deployments.
• Spanish, French or German language skills are a plus.
