EY GDS Spain in Málaga is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to design and deploy Time Off and Time Tracking solutions across multi-country deployments. Hybrid work from Málaga.

You will lead workshops, configure time types, calendars, accruals, workflows, and integrate with Payroll and Employee Central, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams across international projects. Fluent English and a relevant degree are required; SAP SuccessFactors Time Management

Formación

Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking in complex, multi-country environments.
End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations including design, configuration, testing, cutover and stabilization.
Fluent English, written and spoken; degree in a relevant field.
Time Management expertise with ability to translate business processes into scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

Design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions aligned with client requirements and global standards.
Run requirement workshops and translate business processes into solution designs.
Configure time types, time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals and absence workflows.
Configure Time Tracking capabilities including time recording profiles, approvals and payroll integration.
Produce documentation and deliver knowledge transfer with hypercare support after go-live.
