Company A, a leading international retailer, has established an IT HUB in Madrid and seeks a Senior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors to manage administration, integration and architecture across this global platform.

You will optimize workflows, coordinate with ERP and third-party systems, and contribute to security and performance initiatives, working in English and German where needed.

Formación

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration (e.g. EC, REC, P&G).
• Good knowledge of IT architecture, network technologies and security concepts (e.g. SSO, encryption, access control).
• Experience with IT security standards and their practical implementation.
• Desirable: knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration options (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware).
• Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimize complex syste m relationships.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a structured way of working; English and German are nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Technical administration and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Configuration and optimization of platform functions, workflows and authorizations.
• Ensure platform stability, including monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Analysis and optimization of IT architecture with regard to SuccessFactors implementations and integrations.
• Integration of SuccessFactors into other systems using middleware and API technologies.
• Support in the use and further development of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its services.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as consulting and training of internal teams.
