Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Full time Senior SAP Specialist to join an exciting Healthcare company in Barcelona. This role involves managing, coordinating, and providing deep technical support for SAP systems, with a key focus on SAP S4 / HANA FIORI, SAP BW, SAP GTS, and SAP GRC Access Control.

Required Experience :

• Extensive experience with SAP S4 / HANA FIORI and SAP GRC Access Control.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a small team (2-3 members) for smaller projects.
• Strong governance, management, and coordination skills.
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and managing vendors.
• Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 SAP specialists.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute small to medium-sized SAP projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and support.
• Provide L3 deep tech support for complex SAP issues.
• Implement and oversee SAP GRC Access Control solutions to automate user access control within SAP systems.
• Ensure governance and compliance across all SAP-related activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.
