MiniMed is seeking an experienced Collections lead to design and implement dunning programs across multiple markets. You will map processes, configure S/4HANA FSCM, and create market-specific playbooks and templates.

You will run daily collections operations, approve payment plans, coach teams, and produce performance reports while driving KPIs like DSO and CEI, in a multilingual, global context.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B & B2C collections experience.
• Strong customer communication skills, both by phone and in writing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• At least two additional European languages.
• Process documentation and mapping skills.
• Experience in multi-country collections.
• Dunning management experience.
• Team lead or supervisory experience (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Map current collections processes end to end and design the dunning program.
• Define FSCM worklist configuration and escalation rules.
• Build collections scripts and language-specific email templates.
• Lead daily reviews and approve payment plans within thresholds.
• Coach collectors and own collections KPIs (DSO, CEI, overdue).
