Job summary

Roche in Madrid is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design business-driven, standards-based ERP solutions within the Plan to Deliver Products (P2DP) Intercompany Supply Chain domain. You will define technical strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while managing non-functional requirements and technical debt across SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, TM, GTS).

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience delivering SAP solutions with a focus on Intercompany Supply Chain areas such as SD, Intercompany STOs, TM, GTS.
• Cross-functional knowledge of QM, EWM, PP, and MM or Finance integration is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of SAFe principles and methodology within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Governance: Define the ICSC team Architectural Runway and serve as the technical lead for agile teams.
• Delivery Support: Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery for deployment readiness and minimize transition friction.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Articulate complex architectural concepts across cross-functional teams and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Impact & Strategy: Drive the technology roadmap within the ERP ICSC domain and lead POCs for emerging technologies.
