Roche is seeking an ERP Solution Architect to design enterprise ERP solutions and drive the migration from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM. You will architect ALM modules, oversee governance, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while managing non-functional requirements.
You will lead the strategic design of the global Requirements to Deploy process, balancing standard and custom solutions and working with global stakeholders. Strong English and a CS background are essential.
Formación
- 8+ years in IT with expert ALM knowledge and migrations to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Strong developer background (ABAP/OO-ABAP/Web Dynpro) and understanding of APIs and transport logs.
- Deep SDLC/DevOps practice with ERP change management and automated release orchestration.
- Experience with AI-augmented engineering tools to improve code quality and docs.
- Proven track record managing 2–3 ERP lifecycles with standard vs custom trade-offs.
Responsabilidades
- Architect the end-to-end SAP Cloud ALM framework for ‘Requirements to Deploy’.
- Define integration patterns linking SAP ALM with enterprise DevOps toolchain.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy SolMan/ChaRM to SAP Cloud ALM and governance.
