Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation.

We are looking for a SAP Architect to drive the design, migration, and governance of an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE PCE) platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy and Clean Core principles. This role requires strong expertise in SAP architecture, cloud integration (BTP, SAC), and large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformations, combined with technical leadership in international, multi-site environments.

The company is recognized for its strong international presence, innovation capabilities, and execution of complex, large‑scale programs across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design the architecture for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition platform.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with the business goals and IT strategy.
• Create detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to architecture guardrails and Clean Core principles across sites, driving solution compatibility and long‑term maintainability.
• Ensure and enforce the IT SOX controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition.
• Ensure a coherent end‑to‑end integration architecture, covering other enterprise systems and third‑party applications, in partnership with integration leads, aligning patterns and standards across the enterprise landscape.
• Supervise and assist with all data migration tasks while ensuring the integrity of the data.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
• Collaborate with other IT teams.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed.
• Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.
• Upon request and in accordance with Cybersecurity IT Area guidelines, implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage and control system upgrades and patches.
• Work closely with all relevant Business and IT key users, the Program Manager (PM), and site Project Managers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Qualifications required

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Certification for SAP Partner Cloud Solution Architect (PCA) for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (PCE).
• Certified SAP Basis Administrator and at least one SAP S/4HANA technology/administration certification.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) to validate your project management skills.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the SAP domain, typically 5 to 7 years.

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation, managing SAP projects in large-scale multinational companies in the industrial sector with multiple locations
• Proven and deep experience as Lead Architect owning end‑to‑end architecture for at least one multi‑site, multi‑country ECC/R/3 → SAP S/4HANA transformation (preferably RISE with SAP, private edition), including target architecture, integration patterns, data migration approach, quality gates, and production cutover.
• Full command of English, written and spoken (C1 level); Proficiency in German will be a significant advantage, being Spanish a plus.

Qualifications highly valued

• TOGAF certification.
• Strong knowledge of Central Finance, SAP Ariba and SAP Commerce (formerly Hybris), SAP EWM, and Control‑M.
• Exposure to ITIL framework.
• Exposure to MS SQL Database
