Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Solution Architect with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years in pharma/regulated healthcare tech focusing on stakeholder management & delivery.
• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions within complex contexts.

Responsibilities

• Designs and evolves ERP AP solutions meeting product requirements and enterprise standards.
• Maintain and communicate the technology roadmap and ADRs across multiple solutions.
• Oversee non-functional requirements, integration patterns and data models for AP processes.
• Lead vendor evaluations and mentor junior team members within architecture practices.
