Your position in our crew

  • Your goal is to ensure the smooth ongoing operation of the HR systems together with your colleagues. This includes the administration, maintenance and continuous development of the HR systems, in particular Interflex, ADP Paisy and ADP Travel.
  • You will support the HR department in the efficient use of the systems and help solve technical issues to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • You will carry out error analyses in the area of HR systems and take proactive measures to resolve systemic problems and ensure trouble-free operation.
  • Working closely with other departments, you will help harmonize and standardize HR processes to ensure consistent and efficient use of systems across different platforms.
  • You will drive the further development and digitalization of HR processes in order to achieve efficiency gains through innovative solutions and make optimal use of the systems.
  • You initiate and support projects for process optimization, major system adjustments and the implementation of new software solutions in order to continuously improve the HR system landscape and meet the needs of the departments.

What you have in your luggage

  • Degree or comparable training in computer science, business informatics, human resources management, business administration or a similar qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field, ideally with a focus on HR IT and project management.
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in using the HR system Interflex (from Allegion).
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Ideally initial experience with other HR systems such as ADP Paisy, ADP Travel or GuideCom's HR Suite.
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way.
  • Structured, independent way of working and high problem-solving orientation.
  • Team player and the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with other departments.
