• Familiarity with ECS operations infrastructure and automation tools such as SPC and TIC.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end customer engagement and ensuring successful delivery of contractual agreements and services.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage end-to-end customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services
2. Support customers' day-to-day operations, including technical and infrastructure aspects
3. Provide technical guidance and address customer queries throughout their lifecycle
4. Handle commercial additional service requests and support commercial change requests
5. Maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation, escalation management, and helping customers maximize the value of their partnership with SAP

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong background in SAP technical consulting
• Proficiency in project management fundamentals, ITIL, Lean Fundamentals, cloud architecture, and IT technical infrastructure
• Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ECS operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools such as SPC and TIC
• Engineering graduate with a strong background in SAP technical consulting
