Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is a leading global digital company specialising in accelerating the Business Experience (BX) of clients through customer-centric solutions, technology, and data. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Spain and drive customer-focused Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, and a solid grasp of

Formación

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar technology-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Other clouds a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Perform effort estimations for projects.
• Work with the Omega team or client to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Train end users on the developed project functionality.
• Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.
• Comply with software quality standards.
• Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
• Contribute to training of other team members.
• Share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
• Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.
