Omega CRM, a Merkle company in Spain, seeks a Technical Lead to guide Salesforce deployments across accounts. You will design solutions, estimate work, and mentor the technical team while ensuring scope, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Salesforce lifecycle, experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agile practices, plus strong English. We offer a permanent contract, flexible schedule, home office support, and certification opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide design, estimation and technical guidance for assigned accounts.
• Support the PM/DM with technical leadership and project delivery.
• Identify risks and ensure scope, schedule, and costs stay on track.
• Ensure adherence to software quality standards and proper documentation.
• Mentor the technical team and contribute to demos and knowledge sharing.
