Thinkproject is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Bucharest office. You will design, develop and optimize Salesforce solutions and support the Salesforce admin team with complex requests.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to tailor systems to their needs and ensure data integrity across the Connected Data Ecosystem. You will work in a hybrid environment, develop integrations, and contribute to security and release management while growing your Salesforce expertise

Formación

• 3+ years in Salesforce Development, ideally in a consulting or SaaS environment.
• Experience in Salesforce Development
• Experience in Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of financial ERP software
• APEX/JavaScript/SOQL or similar languages related to Salesforce
• Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder certifications

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related applications, systems, and processes.
• Refine ITIL Service Management, Change Control and Release Management processes.
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions and capabilities.
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
• Manage Salesforce endpoints and inbound/outbound data feeds from/to third party integrations.
• Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation
