Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, implement and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will analyze requirements, estimate effort, and collaborate with the Omega team and clients to deliver robust, scalable applications.

You should have 3+ years Salesforce development experience, strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and integration skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
• Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
• Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Any Salesforce certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Perform effort estimations for projects.
• Coordinate with Omega team and/or client to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Identify potential technical risks and propose alternatives.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
• Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.
• Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.
• Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
• Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
• Collaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.
• Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.
